How can I personalise my order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment through our website via Sage Pay. We also accept payment via PayPal. If you think you may qualify for credit, or would like to discuss alternative methods of payment, please contact our sales department.

What is your returns policy?
We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange an item to the equivalent value if the item is faulty or returned in unsoiled order within 14 days of receipt. Please see our terms & conditions for more details.

What discount can you offer me?
You may qualify for discount on bulk orders, please contact our sales department if you would like to enquire. We can also offer you 50p discount on each unit if you allow us to place a small company logo on the item. For jerseys, this would be on the neck and you would receive 50p off for each jersey ordered. Please contact us for more details.

How can I send you my artwork?
You can supply us with any artwork via our personalisation department. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

What If I need my order urgently?
Orders placed by 12pm will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. If this does not meet your requirements please contact our customer service department and we will endeavour to find a solution.

I’ve purchased a kit or product elsewhere, will you personalise it for me?
We are happy to personalise any items that you provide us with but please ensure that you send any items via a reputable courier with appropriate insurance.

Are the colours of the kits and items on your website the exact colours of the products?
The colours illustrated are as accurate as photographic, reproduction and printing factors allow.
