Supply:
All orders placed on www.kits-direct.co.uk are subject to availability. If any products ordered are unavailable, one of our staff will contact you to advise you of the delay. If for any reason the item(s) are unavailable for a long period of time we will endeavour to offer alternative solutions.
Despatch:
Stock items are despatched within 24 hours of the order being placed. Team wear & training wear is despatched within 7-14 working days (dependant on supplier) of confirmation of the order in its entirety, including any accessories or personalisation options. If an order is required by a certain date please contact our sales team and we will endeavour to fulfil your requirements, although if this is not possible we will revert to our usual turnaround times. Please note that delays may be unavoidable at times due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will contact you to advise you of these circumstances when possible.
Carriage:
Orders of stock items placed by 12pm will be despatched the same day for delivery via Scarlet Couriers. Although this is a next working day delivery service, circumstances out of our control can dictate that the item(s) will sometimes take up to 2 working days to arrive. This delivery bracket only applies to stock items; see despatch for despatch info on other items. The maximum weight for this delivery bracket is 20kg. For anything above this weight you may incur an extra charge.
Returns:
We offer a full refund or exchange to the equivalent value of any item that is faulty. Please note that products must be returned to us for inspection before we can proceed with a refund or exchange. Goods returned to Kits-Direct will not be accepted without receipt of a fully completed returns slip (the returns slip is enclosed with your order). If you have lost the returns slip please contact us for help.
For the return of non-faulty items the item must be returned in the condition in which it was despatched from our premises within 14 days of receipt. This includes the item being in original saleable condition and complete with all tags / packaging as new. We do not accept returns for items that have been personalised unless they display manufacturing faults. Restocking fees may apply to returns of non-faulty items and will vary depending on quantity and supplier. Kits-Direct will not reimburse postage costs encurred as a result of the return of non-faulty items, but will do so if the item is approved as faulty by the supplier. We always recommend ordering samples before placing an order to ensure that items meet your requirements.
Kits-Direct does not accept any responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged during transit. We therefore recommend that you return your items via recorded delivery. Once we are satisfied that you are entitled to a refund or exchange we will proceed to refund you via the original method of payment, store credit or exchange. You will also be reimbursed for any postage costs incurred.
Claims:
Shortages and damages in transit must be notified to us no later than three days after receipt of goods. Goods must be signed for as damaged, parcels pilfered or broken open; generally not examined will not be concise enough to claim. Non-delivery must be notified within 10days after invoice.
Cancellation of Orders:
Cancellations of any order must be advised no later than 1pm on the date of order. Any costs incurred once an order has been placed will be charged to the customer.
